By making a booking through our online system you agree to following these T&C's.
All new clients are required to leave a $40 service deposit to secure their first appointment, this will be deducted from the cost of your appointment on the day of your visit. This is taken by way of a credit card over the phone and processed when you are making your appointment or processed online when booking through the website. Online bookings have a feature to allow you to securely leave your card details. Please call the salon if you would like us to process this payment manually. No show clients and late cancellations within 48 hours will result in the loss of the deposit that was paid.
Should you need to cancel your appointment, in consideration for other clients who are wanting to secure an appointment, we ask that you to please do this atleast 48hrs prior. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeit of the deposit.
No Shows for an appointment will require you to make full payment of the services you were booked in for.
We understand that accidents happen, people get sick and/or emergencies occur. We will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions with grace. We do record these occurrences so as to prevent abuse of the policy. Our goal is to be preventative in order to protect and accommodate our valued clients.
